A. Well. First and foremost, it must be a recent charge. By that we mean that you have not been represented by another attorney. While we have been substituted for local "DWI firms," representation by another attorney may cause us to reject your case.

A. Definitely not. We are extremely selective. We have to limit our caseload to maintain the consistently superior quality of our work.

Q. Ok, if I have just been arrested, how can I retain your firm?

A. You begin by calling our offices (585.244.8910) between 8 AM and 5 PM on business days. One of our experienced paralegals will be happy to make an appointment.

Q. Who will I see?

A. While there are exceptions based upon availability, we maintain certain time slots so that you may meet with Mr. Fiandach personally.

Q. How long will an appointment take?

A. At Fiandach & Fiandach, we are sticklers for the facts. Further, we want you to understand every aspect of the charge. Therefore, an initial appointment may take anywhere from one to one and a half hours.

Q. If Fiandach & Fiandach accepts my case, will I be informed of the fee?

A. Yes. If Fiandach & Fiandach accepts your case, you will be advised of a definite, flat-fixed fee.

Q. If Fiandach & Fiandach accepts the case, will I have to sign any documents?

A. Yes. In compliance with Part 1215 of the Joint Rules of the Appellate Division, a fully signed retainer agreement will be executed in duplicate.
